We pack every Saptvaar order carefully and work with established delivery partners to bring it to you safely.
Order processing
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery
Most orders within India are estimated to arrive within 4–7 business days. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. International delivery estimates and charges, where service is available, are shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, courier network disruptions, customs checks and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge is displayed before payment at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes or local fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Delivery details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including pincode and a reachable phone number. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied with the order.
If a parcel is returned to us after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or because the address is incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, contact us promptly. For a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the parcel and product.

Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Saptvaar purchase. This policy explains when an item may be returned and how refunds are handled.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. Items that show wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery or missing tags may not be accepted.
Starting a return
Email support@twohoots.in or WhatsApp +91 91089 32141 with your order number and the reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.
Reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability at your pincode. If pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, we may ask you to self-ship the item using a trackable service. Our team will provide the correct return address.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photographs of the item, tags and outer packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised or altered items, gift cards, and any items identified as final sale on the product page cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected. If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the amount.
For cash-on-delivery orders, when available, an approved refund may be issued as store credit linked to the email address or mobile number used for the order. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain another size or style is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return has been approved. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
